Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my course?
If you feel that the course or level of course you are on is not appropriate for you, talk to us and we will look sympathetically at the situation. However as each student's progress is closely monitored and assessed by our staff these instances are likely to be rare.
Confused by all the choices?
We will help. With our wide range of study areas and choices, you are bound to find something to suit your needs. We hold an externally Accredited Award in Advice and Guidance and will offer individual advice and guidance to help you. Ask for a course information sheet, which gives detailed information about each course. You will need to consider which skills you lack and the time you can allow to work on gaining these skills.
Would it be better to undertake training once a week? Or, would it be best to spread out your training over a longer period of time?
Our qualified staff, advisors and assessors will answer any questions you may have about how to enrol. They will be pleased to discuss and help you select a suitable course or varied, flexible training package, which meets your individual or company needs.
I have a disability can you give me special attention?
We provide additional support for students who have health disabilities and courses, which can support your study if you have difficulties with reading, writing or numeric problems or if your first language is not English. We can arrange an appointment, which is convenient for you.
I would like to do a course, but I do not see it listed. Can you help?
If the course or programme you are looking for is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be pleased to discuss other choices, options and details with you to try to meet your needs or requirements.
How can I join a course?
