Routes to Work provides a comprehensive and coherent package of job brokerage, training and other support to help residents access the labour market by overcoming barriers to employment.
This programme is about connecting people, places and business to improve the economic welfare of local people and business growth and prosperity. The programme provides basic skills and customised training, information, advice and guidance, job brokerage and travel and childcare support to overcome barriers to work and get people with the right skills into existing job vacancies at Heathrow Airport and the surrounding area.
