Terms & Conditions
- All material costs and exam fees (as appropriate) are included in the fees listed unless otherwise stated. Booking costs may vary according to size of group, venue, location etc. If you wish to discuss fees or concessions, please contact us.
- Course fees are payable in full 10 working days prior to start of course to secure a place.
- A place on the course cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been made.
- Should candidates fail to meet the required standard at assessment on relevant courses, full hourly rates will be charged.
- Should you wish to CANCEL a confirmed booking, the following fees will be payable:
More than 7 days prior to course start 25% Less than 7 days prior to course start 100%
CANCELLATIONS – Must be notified in writing.
Whilst we will make every effort not to change course venues, dates and trainers without prior notice, we reserve the right to do so at short notice. Please book early to help us manage your courses efficiently.
